Ii very interesting point to re-think about Taxi law in Thailand. Personally idea from me

i have found some information from here http://www.dlt.go.th/taximeter/rlaw.htm

the first sentence said..

มาตรา 93 ห้ามมิให้ผู้ขับขี่รถแท็กซี่ปฏิเสธไม่รับจ้างบรรทุกคนโดยสาร เว้นแต่การบรรทุกนั้นน่าจะก่อให้เกิดอันตรายแก่ตนหรือแก่คนโดยสาร -ในกรณีที่ผู้ขับขี่รถแท็กซี่มีความประสงค์จะไม่รับจ้างบรรทุกคนโดยสารให้แสดงป้ายงดรับจ้างบรรทุกคนโดยสาร วิธีการแสดงป้าย และลักษณะของป้ายงดรับจ้างบรรทุกคนโดยสารให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยรถยนต์

But in Bangkok when you pick up Taxi. Half of the clients like me ask them about the place where we go. Next is Driver’s evaluation to say Yes or No. I have promised if you never had rejected by driver. You can get that opportunities at Siam Paragon about 8.00-10.00 pm.( or Central world at the same time)

I think, It doesn’t fair with customer and the law cannot control Taxi driver to do as they need to do. because drivers can refer to the sentence “Dangerous with Driver or customer” Who are evaluator with that sentence?

Another hard hitting podcast Prae well done.

This guest has some serious statistics to back her up all the way through. A good introduction into how absurd the 2 countries relationships have and the effect on each other.
